Select unit issues

Hi apologies for this but I am at my wits end and cannot seem to get anywhere with this controller

having placed my loco on the track 03/comes up on the screen

then the loco creeps with the dial set at zero, non of the functions work as it was equipped with a sound card.

i reset the controller as per V1.6/manual.

CS Ppered on screen the -0 and five flashes to signify reset.

placed loco on track still creeps no functionS working at all, no speed control even whislf showing 03 for default.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Kind Regards

Try this - Select loco zero then turn the speed knob fully up then back to off. This will cancel any previous input to loco zero, however resetting the Select (I am assuming you see 16-30-03 at startup i.e. rev v1.6) should have done this, as well as disabling use of loco zero.
