H Dog Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 Hi Guys,I have an Arc Air track, runs fine with Scalextric cars but when i run a slot.it car, it runs for maybe 7/8 laps then loses power, only way to re-start is to unplug then plug back in, 7/8 laps then happens again.please help, driving me mad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 Slot.IT cars have a more powerful motor that draws more amps than Scalextric cars.There are a few things you can do:Make sure the cars are lubed and maintained as best as possible.Make sure the track connections as as good as possible.Shorten the track.Add booster cables.Use the power pack for the ARC PRO set that is rated at a high amp rate.
