Select error code E0

EO stands for Emergency Off denoting an Overload as explained in the notes that will have come with your updated Select (Extract below).

In this state the track power is turned off, indicating that there is probably a short somewhere. Check your track and look to see if its any loco causing it - or if its the same loco causing it. Is there a point set wrong or faulty.

ES stands for Emergency Stop . In this state all locos are told to stop but power remains on track, such as when you hit the STOP button to prevent a crash.

You can initiate either of these states by a short push on the STOP button (ES) or a long push (EO).
