96RAF Posted March 29, 2020 Share Posted March 29, 2020 Reload RM from the link at top of RM forum page and install using (right click) admin rights.Unfortunately if you couldn’t deregister the old copy due to the HDD failure then you may be stuck until HRMS unlocks it for you against the email address you used to register in the first place. Chrissaf Posted March 29, 2020 Share Posted March 29, 2020 Use this email address below and ask HRMS (Hornby RailMaster Support) to reset your keys. You will have to give a clear descriptive statement describing the background to your issue (what you have done and why, including why you have not been able to use your old HDD to deactivate the software) and state your 'Key' numbers and all the information you originally used when you set up RM the first time. Like your name, postal address and registered email address etc..The more clear information that you give, the more relaxed HRMS can be that you are the original user of the software and that you are not trying to re-activate a second-hand purchase from a previous user..support@rail-master.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
