Trial version Railmaster with Elite no working

Why is my 90 day trial download of railmaster saying 90 day has expired when it hasn't started yet .?.

how do I run the trial version with my Elite

You are not the first person to ask this question in recent weeks. This infers that there is a bug in RailMaster that seems to originate in version 1.72.

Are you aware that the very latest version released on 3rd July is version 1.73 .... have you installed this version. If you haven't, then it is possible that your issue might be fixed in 1.73.

PS: Remember to 'right click' the downloaded installer and choose 'Run as administrator'. Do not uninstall the previous version, run the installer over the top.

Hi my computer has updated to version 1.72 and not 1.73

it still says my evaluation is now over but I have not started yet

why is it not updating to 1.72

I have removed your 2 duplicate posts but I am guessing you meant to ask why has it not updated to 1.73 (not1.72).  

 

Not all upgrades are automatic.  Some, like 1.73, need to be done loaded manually by the user.

Peter, it's right in front of your eyes if you look .... see screen capture below for link location [yellow highlighted].
