One section of the track, (a straight piece) about 3cm of the track, the loco speeds up, even the sound tries to match the increased speed, but then reverts to normal parameters. It's the same section all the time. it's as if it has a slight surge in that small section. I've cleaned it, and can't see any imperfections. Any guesses please.
