Missing details for Hogwarts Castle R3803TTS

Recommended Posts

Pick a similar loco that is listed then amend the details it populates.

The subject of adding a loco not in the database has been covered many times before on the RM forum.

Also make sure your RM is current by downloading the absolute latest version from the link at the top of the RM forum page. Locos are added to the database by stealth and do not trigger an automatic update. The undocumented version can be updated at any time without notice.

Adding a TTS loco that is not currently in the loco database is detailed as a 'step by step' illustrated tutorial in this previous thread.

In the 'Step by Step' tutorial. It says find a suitable image of the missing loco to add to the database. To save you that step I have done it for you. Right click the image below (on a PC) and choose 'Save Image As' or something similar. You can then save the image below to your hard disk to use in the tutorial.

Have a go at it Caritas. If you make a pig’s ear of it simply delete the loco from the roster and start again. We have all been there, done that and got to do it again. Its called a learning curve and you will get past it in the end.

Thank you both for the detailed instructions and encouragement. I followed it carefully and have mangaed to get everything going onto my train set layout after spending many , many hours in trying to get it to work. I have a very sick grandson who can now enjoy watching this train and lstening to all the great sounds . It will really help over the next few months. Thanks again.
