96RAF Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 Yes you can. Hornby even sell a TTS twin pack for their HST powered and dummy Class 43 locos. You can give them the same address then both decoders will play the same thing at the same time ...or you can give them different addreses and control each separately ...or you can run them in a consist (double header) and the motors will run together but the functions will be able to be operated separately. What you have to watch is if you had a dummy steam loco (unlikely I know, but some folk run a dead loco in a double header just for show) is that TTS needs the BEMF of a motor to make the chuff/coast work properly.
