Hi, quick question please - 

Is there a DCC sound decoder that I could put in a class 142 Pacer which I have converted from DC.

Hornby do not have a DMU - Railcar TTS sound decoder at present, so you,will have to look further afield at the likes of Econami for a budget sound decoder or the regular full fat but more expensive sound suppliers for a suitable item.
