At slow speed, the motor is racing

hello, I have a TTS Sound Decoder - Class 47 R8103. When the loco starts up, there are tremors and flickering lights.

Is there an adjustment to make in the cv and which ones. thank youFrédéric labbé

If the sound is inconsistent and the lights are flickering I would suggest removing the body and checking that the decoder plug is fitted securely in the socket.........HB
