96RAF Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 As you are not getting any answers suggesting a specific loco type, then look for a TTS decoder that has the same number of cylinders and a similar whistle. Most other sounds are fairly generic, hissing and gurgling, etc.Certain regions like GWR tended to have a common ‘brand’ whistle across all their locos.
