Skipper61 Posted October 14, 2021 Share Posted October 14, 2021 Hi, has any one used Sprat and Winkle couplings with a DCC system. I ask this because the couplings are activated by permanent magnets set under the sleepers. As the rolling stock is pushed backwards over the magnet it pulls down the coupling to release it. Will the magnets damage the chips in the locos as they pass over the top or the accessory decoders under the layout.Thanks for any information.
