Jill-1235155
We have Arc world GT and have had endless problems since setting this up yesterday. At first 2 sections of long track caused the cars to pause and stick. We cleaned and followed guidance on the forum but no improvement. We decided to remove these track sections then we we started up again lane one would not work and caused it to power out. We checked and cleaned the track pieces careful and the cars. Now there seems to be no power the arc no lights on so expect it's fused. The worrying thing on the lane not working the car chugs around on its own with no controller even though no lights on the arc. A bit worrying. With the price we paid for this set up we are very disappointed with the quality. What should we do now?
Andy P.
It sounds like you may have gotten a bad powerbase. As the set is new I would ask for a replacement from where you bought it or contact Hornby directly.
