The link is at the right under Customer Services.I personally am not aware of any responses being hidden, deleted or edited.I am aware that Facebook is a really flaky platform that does not always make sense as to what one does and doesn't see.I know for a fact that it manipulates what you see and the order you see it. I have trouble finding things I know I wrote myself!As to the capacity issue: The pandemic and other issues have affected us all and all products and services across the world.
