96RAF Posted April 24, 2023 Share Posted April 24, 2023 There is a compatibility list somewhere, but the easiest way to find out is download the app from the App Store, then see if it will open or crashes at the splash page. Moccasin Posted April 24, 2023 Share Posted April 24, 2023 I think I established that iPad 5th generation can run iPadOS 15.I think iOS 11/12 are the ones that struggle to run the app. As @96RAF says though, if you can open/log into the app, that’s likely enough. BritInVanCA Posted April 24, 2023 Share Posted April 24, 2023 The iPad gen 5 (2017) can run the latest iOS which is 16. I wouldn't install HM:DCC on any Apple device that can't run the latest iOS. There are a couple of devices from 2015/14 that run iOS15 but apart from that older devices run iOS 12 or earlier which I would not recommend.A simple compatibility table is available at iosref.com.Remember "are you running the latest OS?" is going to be one of the first questions from support.
