Neil-373241
Hello Had my blink bonny Scotsman running via the app. After about 4ft of track it stalled then started again. So I cleaned the track and off it went only to stutter again,so I cleaned the next length and tried again. Now it's not responding at all. There's power going to the loco and it's connected by Bluetooth but there's no movement or sound. If I lift the loco off the track it disconnects and reconnects when put back on. Has the decoder failed?Any ideas anyone.Thanks.

ColinB
If you haven't yet, take out the HM7000 and put back the DC header and see if it works on DC. Generally with DCC if the decoder is dead nothing works but it sounds like in your case the bluetooth interface is working. Send it back to Hornby, if it is only 2 months old then they need to fix it for free.
Fishmanoz
Mods, could you please change the title which, as it stands, tells us only that Neil has picked the correct sub-forum. Replace with: “No Sound or Movement from Digital Blink Bonny Connected to the App”.
