I struggle when looking for TTS decoders, so I thought I should try to compile a list, these are the one I found using internet. Maybe useful for someone like myself who wants to stick to Hornby Elite for now. I do have bluetooth dongle but once I have full layout then I will try that with App and with Elite vice versa.
