Any tips for a complete novice?

Recommended Posts

Boring as it may seem, when all you want to do it get on with the build, but reading thru' the instruction manuals(s) is very important as it gives you a feel for the model, tells of the build order and stops you getting in a muddle from opening bags of parts then not having a clue what they are.

You are also advised to read the FAQs and about the recommended tools, etc.

Not quite sure where to begin...

Would recommend quality screwdrivers and drills (0.6 to 1.2mm) to help with the build. Also, read the instructions carefully to ensure you understand them. But if you do get stuck, don't give up, as the Pocher YouTube channel and customer care team are a great resource to seek assistance from!

If I'm buying as a gift, is there a particular model that would be best?

Ask the person you're buying for their favourite car/bike! There's probably not one model which is 'best' in terms of build, it's all personal preference!
