Arc one

I just got an arc one. Counts one lap then says pit and stops counting laps. I am total newly n need help. Running this way util I get more cars chipped.

Are you sure you have an ARC ONE with wired controllers?
ARC ONE has not been for sale for a long time.

ARC AIR and ARC PRO are the current ARC models and both have wireless controllers.

ARC ONE is also completely analog and chipping your cars will not do anything. You have to have ARC PRO and use it in digital mode.

As far as lap counting: Make sure the cars have black guide blades or that they are painted black (I use black glossy nail polish).

Make sure you have the latest version of the ARC App. There is a legacy and an official up-to-date version available.

You can also try the enthusiast created Magic ARC app to see if that helps.

If you are using an android device be sure location services are turned on.

Do not allow direct sunlight to shine on the pwoerbase. The solar rays can disturb the infrared sensors in the track.

Make sure the track is dust free.

If all of this doesn't help try deleting the app, restarting the device reinstalling.
