LocoBoy
Does anyone know what a Hornby ELX96 or a Velleman P8055 is? Just notice these options available in System Settings/Loco Detection in Railmaster.
Rog RJ
I've just googled and got http://www.velleman.eu/products/view/?country=be&lang=en&id=351346 an experimenters USB interface board. The ELX96 appears to be the new Hornby eLink unit https://www.hornby.com/shop/2013-range/elink/r8312-e-link-railmaster-1-amp-transformer/ part of the eLink system
96RAF
The Velleman unit is a K8055 interface board, but obviously could be akin to a possible future P version detector board. ELX?? - eLink interface - could be a possible translation. What we are looking for in the RM option tab though is a loco detection unit neither of which these are, so the mystery continues until Hornby sees fit to make a statement and/or amends RM to delete these refs, thus putting us out of our misery. 96RAF
Just installed RM v1.48 and the loco detection menu now offers Hornby LDM48 in place of the previous modules. Things are obviously progressing behind the scenes. Rob
