Embassyman Posted August 20, 2013 Share Posted August 20, 2013 Hi, can someone help me please? I have three locos all DCC but for some reason two of them are now running a bit eratic. They both would suddenly stop lurch in the opposite direction of travel, stop and require a nudge to get going again. One of the engines has now stopped responding altogether. This has happened on several bits of track points and straights. My remaining engine at the moment seems to be working fine. I am using the select controller and the 4amp power pack. poliss Posted August 20, 2013 Share Posted August 20, 2013 You can use a track rubber or you can use the paper towel method as shown here. IPA is better than meths as it doesn't have the blue dye in it. Make sure the power pick-ups on the wheels are clean too. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
