Fishmanoz Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 You shouldn't even have to look in the RM folder, it should be sitting as an icon on your desktop. In fact you should have 4 manuals there, all PDFs. They are the Rm am manual itself, an RM handheld guide, a driver installation guide and a firewall guide. As the RM manual suggests, you should spend half an hour and read it all. If there is anything you them don't understand, or can't do following it, ask us specific questions and we will be happy to provide answers. Just to get you started and to answer the question in the thread title - the decoder in your loco doesn't know which loco it has been installed in, so it can't tell RM which loco you have. You have to tell RM, following the instructions for Loco Setup in the manual. Read that section a second time and tell us how you go following it.
