RDD Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 I have had to replace my hard drive in my old laptop which i used to run RailMaster DCC Control from. Now my laptop is working again i have re-loaded my disc but cannot get a 2nd evaluation on the same key to work. Can this Key only be used once?I have also right clicked on my icon on my desktop and Run as administrator (as advised) but still get not validated message. RDS Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 Hi RDDYou need to de-activate your software on one PC (Hard Drive) before it can be re-activated on another. If you were not able to do this before changing your Hard Drive, you need to contact Hornby RailMaster Support and advise them what happened. They will then de-activate it for you and this will enable you to activate the software on your new Hard Drive.The key can only be used on one PC (Hard Disk) at a time.
