PJ_model_trains Posted September 11, 2014 Share Posted September 11, 2014 Has anyone watched the RM Video?Or has anyone had problems viewing it?I click the RM Help tool (the ? top of screen)The RM Pro box appearsI click the Video icon and the RM Video box appearsThat's it nothing else? idlemarvel Posted September 11, 2014 Share Posted September 11, 2014 You have to wait a while for the video to download. It looks like there is meant to be a progress bar but it didn't update for me. When it has finished downloading the name of the video will appear in the drop down list at the bottom of the video screen. You can then select that and press play. There is only one video in there at present, but I seem to remember from the manual (pat on back again) that others are available. Suggest a request to RM suport. The time delay was the problem, maybe connection and load from Hornby server, doesn't matter really. File downloaded and viewed. Now what was I doing?
