Strange when sending to support from RM

Made several attempts to send message from RM but met with could not send message. Full exception set up in Norton so not the issue. Turned of firewall in BT hub and test message was sent.

Checked my emails to find that I had acknowledgements for the messages that RM said it could not send. What's going on?
