Actualy it's still a pretty good tool, the most accurate main stream release, and has a few advantages over the Pavla kit - mainly the price, ease of build and is great for conversions /media/tinymce_upload/5197b60b0c95d1447a5acf56c98f3c48.jpg

It's a nice kit for the era, though it's sometimes not realised that Airfix did two different Lizzies - the original kit from the 1950s which was rather basic and then a new tool in the early 1970s.

Trivia note: the 1998 reissue was the first time an Airfix kit featured markings for a Munich-crisis era aircraft (of any type) with the 'B' roundels on the fuselage.
