Oliver Hyett
hii made a diorama with the op herrick sets and what i did was simple.find a piece of plywood or other thin wood and mark where you want the stuff.next mix together 70parts sand and 30parts PVA.spread it evenly on the wood and then place the set on it.when it is nealy dry add any markings you want footprints, tyre tracks ect.then leave it for 24 hours and it will be done
vimal_indrasoma
I've been looking for 1:48 animal skeleton parts to put into desert dioramas with my Coyote and Warrior - preferably skulls with horns attached and so on for dramatic impact! Pointers to suitable resin or other supplies available on-line would be much appreciated.

vimal_indrasoma
Thanks, Oliver!Unfortunately the 1:35 animal skulls seem to be out of stock at the moment, but the 1:48 buffalo skeleton should be just what I was looking for..Some of their stuff did give me a turn, though - 'Sack of Corpses', anyone? vimal_indrasoma
That's an idea ... the sand would be firmer and easier to mould waves with than acrylic gel base or what have you ... my local hobby store actually has little packets of sand in various colours for kids to make pictures with. I got myself the brown and green for ground cover, but never thought of using the blue for water.

Pretty Mediocre Modeller
I may regret asking this, but why did you put a EE Lightning in the water in your D-Day dio? Did it get sucked through a worm hole from the future, or is it suppost to represent something else?
