Hilux59721707820819
I think the time has come to upgrade the HST coaches to the same standard as the power cars. With correct bodies and all, rather than painting the glazing to fill in windows etc when needed.
JeremiahBunyan
I certainly don't think that there is a need for re-tooled Mk3s. I think they just need and update in the form of NEM couplings. Bodies with an accurate roof and the various types that are used by NR can be tooled separately. Anything from brand new tooling will be too costly for many modelers to even achieve a prototypically lengthed rake. Since you clearly mentioned to the same spec as the power cars then I'm afraid those are going to cost £35-£40 per piece. What we have now matches the level of the Mk1s which are wonderful. Just needs NEM couplings.
pete007
I would be happy to pay £35 -£45 for a MK3 coach which is up to the standards of the Pullmans, Hawksworth, Gresleys ect. The current ones should be rebranded as Railroad.
