Motherboard

96RAF

Flat format motherboard for processing sensor data. There is a vertical format (cube shaped) motherboard variant for mounting where space is not a problem.

This mounts 4 receiver modules that collate and pass sensor status to the PC running TGG.

Power is by way of an external PSU and there is a USB connection to the PC running TGG.

Receiver modules can be connected by fibre optic for remote sensors or nearby sensors can be connected directly to the hard-wire receiver.

In addition to providing total electrical isolation in case of a derail causing a short of track voltage to the sensor circuits, the mother board allows use of 2 or 3-wire sensors adding versatility to the basic Leo Bodnar BBI-32 collector switch box.
