Thanks Andy, After further research the cars are from an earlier timeeven though the windows are blacked out, the seat are attached to the body top. If you look at the S Sheets the internals are different there are x2 proper seats. Thanks for you help. Mick

I have just bought x2 McLaren Digital 12C's and they are slightly different. Both cars have come from the same set but the red one has rear skirt, I have checked all the cars on the action site but I've never seen another one. Thx Mick

I use the Sportworld module all the time, my first unit failed with the above fault but I managed to get it repaired. Here is a list of issues. Against - Will not connect to the latest operating system. Needs black guides, misses a lot of older guide. Fragile For - It will do most circuit function, plan, qualify race. Only lacks a pace car. Yes it is possible, but it depends on the following factors If the set you are planning to use a set with the 'classic' track then you can only use non digital cars until you upgrade. Modern Scalextric cars have a deeper guide so they might catch in the groove, you can get replacement guides. I recommend that you purchase a set with the latest track, as it's easier to put it together and on eBay you can get a set for a very reasonablre price. Which will run the older cars. Waterlow
