Has anybody else not received emails confirming orders or pre orders in the last couple of days? Also, when I enquired with customer services why I hadn’t received discount they kindly told me yet another payment hadn’t gone through for another, different, pre order I had updated the card details for. Had I not raised the query i’d never have known my pre-order wasn’t going through without checking my order status as I had no email for that either. Customer service emails are fine and Sue Thorley there has sorted me out.
