  1. OK. Thanks for clarifying. I’ll have to wait patiently.
  2. I now have the Dongle. When can we import the r8247 accessories via Elite as suggested above.
  3. I’m really happy with the Dongle. I’m using Elite and have added 14 locos so far 9 with sound. I hoped that I would be able to add Accessories (16 points and 4 signals) from Elite but this doesn’t seem to be possible.
  4. Just to say thanks for the suggestion of cv3 as 15. I found that it was 70 and changing this did the trick.
  5. Thanks for your replies. The chuffs are as I suggested before a wheel turns. I will check the default accel rate - CV3 to see if it is 15.
  6. You put it better than I. The chuffs start before movement by about 3 seconds.
  7. I have added the digital sound to Flying Scotsman and found that the steam sound starts a few seconds before movement in either direction. Is there something I can do to mend this? Sorry if she answer is elsewhere in the forum but I can’t find it. John
  8. Hi. There was an update when I used it a couple of days ago. The problem seems to have been resolved. Thanks to all.
  9. Just to say that I double checked again that I had put the chip in correctly. It was put in correctly and there is still the issue. I await the boffins as you say.
  10. Sorry. I’ve done exactly as you said and the direction still hasn’t changed. The 1 & 2 are highlighted under cv 29 in the Adv CV Editor giving a value of 3. Any other suggestions? John
  11. Thanks Rallymatt I did the following without success: Click on Locomotive Settings Click on Adv CV Editor Moved down to CV 29 and selected it It had item 2 selected I clicked on this to stop that and clicked on 1 to select that Clicked on Exit It showed Value 1 next to CV 29 I hit the refresh arrow and it said it had updated However the direction has not changed. Any further help would be appreciated.
  12. I’ve searched the forum without success so thought I would start a new one. I bought the Hornby Dublo Flying Scotsman as 60103 and fitted a new HM7000 8TX sound decoder. It works great but the direction of travel is opposite to what I get with my usual RailMaster / Elite setup. I checked that I put the chip in the right way so that’s not the problem. Is there a setting that I can change on the HM7000 to change the direction of travel? John
  13. I've asked in the past for a B1. Also a rebuilt Patriot/Royal Scot. p.s. I'm very impressed with the Britannia one I bought from Hornby.
  14. Thanks for those suggestions. The B12 might be similar as its Great Eastern. I’ll look for that.
