My dcc sound loco has suddenly stopped moving, but all the sounds are still working. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Is it safe to use the Hornby P9000 transformer with the new Hornby HM 6000? They seem to say to use a Hornby P9100. What’s the difference?

I'm waiting to see what Hornby Customercare say about the problem. If they can replace or repair then I can keep my order for 3 open carriages on pre order with them

Just took my Stephenson Rocket out of display case very carefully to put on track for a quick run and nothing happened. On closer inspection could see 2 of the connecting wires had broken! Anybody else had this problem?

hi everyone,i appear to have a problem with my tts sound fitted class 66 hornby engine. All the sounds work fine,but the loco has started to run very badly.it just seem to stutter now,if it actually moves at all. Have tried it with the sounds off and it is still as bad.Any idea what might be happening?

can anyone tell me how i might wire up a spare plug on the skale lighting system? Theres a hole where the wires go into the plug but can't seem to find a way into the actual plug to connect them.
