Yes its the Internet active that does not light up so no internet from the controller not able to send deactivation request to the gateway Thanks

When running Rail master V1.74 on my laptop Lenovo 15in on the main screen top right corner there is 3 items that light up 1 I think its the world I imagine the internet 2 is the Elite Controller 3 is loco No 1 does not light up so if I want to deactivate rail master it will not connect to the server error 12029 No 2 Lights up No 3 Inactive Hope this helps a bit better.

Does any body know why my Wi-Fi on the Rail master program has stopped working but on my laptop the wi-fi is working I have reinstalled Rail master but still no joy could this be a problem with the Elite or in the program Thanks

Can anyone help My Elite Controller keeps losing my laptop after about 20 minutes it says The connection with DCC Controller has been lost This could be due to a short circuit or USB cable disconnection Clear the error the click the tick and railmaster will try to connect again. I have removed all locos off the track disconnected all point decoders and all point clips so I have nothing on my track just the power cable from the Elite to the track I have tried 2 USB cables and a different Laptop and this keep happening Thanks Malc

Yes after Railmaster support reset my programm at there end so I could put in my activation code in all went through I had done nothing to my laptop .

Now having all this problem with activating the Railmaster programm the reason why i did not get back with Railmaster E-Mails was because my E-Mails kept bouncing back. they would not go through to them i have no windows firewall active and no anti virus i have always had the same ISP and router' my last e-mail got through to Railmaster support team i asked for my programm to be reset now all is working after they reset my program that's why i think the problem is at there end i have not made any adjustments on my laptop Thanks Malc58

Can anyone help trying to activate railmaster on my laptop windows 10 but unable to activate after deactivating sent Railmaster Support a help request everything they said to did but still on joy now the Railmaster Support will not answer my e-mails they bounce back saying they are Blocked i think the problem is at there end put now they are not helping. After deactivating RM with a pro pack to change my laptop with windows 10 then to activate it on my new laptop I was unable to it says program activated but it wasn't so sent a E-mail to support @ rail-master and they reset for me. but my Pro Pack will not activate it says this program does not belong to me from the information I inputted if purchased from E-bay I have to purchase a new program with new code. this was purchase on Rail Master upgrade with a code. I have e-mailed support @ rail-master but my mail keep bouncing back undelivered. Hope this makes sense And thank you in advance MH
