  1. I'm starting this thread in hopes that it will provide a convenient 'Go-To' for members and Admin alike. Bugs in the website can be quickly brought to Admin's attention, who in turn can provide feedback on the fixes, all in one place. To start off, it appears that the KitStarter 'Pre-Order button has stopped working ... it started out being unclickable, which seems to have fixed, but the item doesn't go into the cart, which opens up with the previous comtents only.
  2. Hi, Tony - I've had reasonably prompt responses to queries sent via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Worth a try. HTH, Vimal
  3. Sure do, DPB! For some time now i've been using Revel's range of pilots and ground crew as raw material to jazz up Airfix's pilots with upraised arms, etc or even as outright replacements. Here's a couple of photos of an Airfix Ar196A with Revell crew - quite a bit more animated than the stock 'Tea Party' pose! /media/tinymce_upload/46bdad940f87530f6b17535c0aa3a241.jpg /media/tinymce_upload/815d0e67441548ea829a04077b42bb24.jpg BTW, Revell's approach of moulding 1:72 figures with separate arms, heads and torsos lets them use styrene, which is something that could be tried for Airfix's small soldiers. I am sure that anyone who has tried to clean and paint polythene figures will agree with me!
  4. Absolutely marvelleous. Brings back to mind echos of projects in the old 'Meccano Magazine'! Would love to try my hand at something a tad less ambitious, but I need to find the space ...
  5. At least at 1:72 it'll be less titchy than the traditional 1:76 offerings. I remember the cruel disappointment I felt the first time I built an Airfix tank, aged 6. I was expecting a great big beast of a machine, but compared to the usual airplanes it was minute!
