Hi, This is more of a plea than a discussion, but Airfix can you, like you have with so many legacy kits, please tool a replacement for you 1/48th TSR 2 kit. we were all amazed and very grateful when it first came out, but to arrive at anything like a descent build involves a world of pain. yes, I know that cash was short at the time, but correcting the many inaccuracies involves fitting hundreds of pounds worth of resin bits and struggling with the many other issues I.e. main intakes, tail intake, undercarriage doors, air brakes etc. Please, this is a very important British aircraft type so can we either have a retooled or replacement kit, I am certain that it would sell - I would buy at least four for a start. Ummm, where to start, 1/72nd Canberra B.2 or B.6 1/72nd Avro Lincoln 1/72nd Argosy (replace the Mach 2 kit) 1/72nd Blackburn Beverley - think of the size of the box and box art. 1/48th Supermarine Scimitar 1/48th Fairey Gannet AEW3 1/48th Blackburn Buccaneer S.1 and S.2 1/48th Gloster Meteor NF.11 1/48th Sea Venom & Venom 1/48th Hawker Hunter T.7 or T.8 Thats enough to bankrupt me for now.

If I could get the Airfix Gods to grant my 2019 wish(s), they would include: 1/ 1/48rh Fairey Gannet AEW3 2/ 1/48tn Supermarine Scimitar 3/ return of the 1/48th TSR 2 4/ 1/48th F-4K or M 5/ 1/72nd or better still 1/48th Gloster Meteor Night Fighter variant 6/ A dh Venom or Sea Venom in 72nd or 48th. thanks
