please can someone explain how do you reset hornby 8247 accessory decoder to factory settings in the basic railmaster not the pro pack. thank you

Hi my railmaster has just decided to return to evaluation mode i have been using this for about 4 or 5 years managed to get it reset via the activation team then half an hour later back to evaluation mode tried activation again but was told to contact support wondered if any one else had a similar problem. simon
