Just building the Avro Lancaster B.111 and found part F23 and F24 spare on the spruce. And I can’t for the life of me see where should go. Been over the instructions a dozen times. Can anyone help

I have a C287 mk 2 Escort and i cant seem to get the lights to work. The bulbs are fine but i have a green wire coming from the two bulbs which is loose. I'm not sure what or where it should be secured to. I have a feeling i might have some connector missing, but cant find any information about it.
