Depends how you define "global appeal". The term is very subjective and, if you ask 100 people what they think will be "global appeal", then you will get 100 different answers. I think the previous comment probably answers your specific question 😀. As for Airfix being "UK Centric"?. Well, I would not necessarily agree. They produce a good variety of subjects overall but, quite rightly in my view, they will produce subjects that will sell well in their home market. If that makes them UK centric, fair enough. I have no objection to that personally, especially if it keeps them in business I don't always agree with Airfix subject choices but, if they donm't produce what I want, there are plenty other places to go! 😀

Well, speaking as someone who used to use the FN/FAL (or L1A1) to use the British designation as part of his weekend job, I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat! Of course, I'd much prefer a real one to hang on my wall but,I think that might be problematical!!. If I remember correctly, LS issued a small rangle of 1:1 replica firearms?
