I'm French but I leave in Canada. I have speak with other modlers. they confirm, there is a new spare policy. Now Airfix will no send any spare, it's now distributor responsability.

Unfortunatly go back to seller is not an option most of the time.there is no more local dealer, so most of the time we bought online, that mean a lot in shipping cost. No other way than think twice before bought airfix. I just have cancel all my pre-order at Hannant....

Very disappointed I'm. look like Airfix you have change their policy. It's look like airfix refuse now to send missing part. today they refuse to replace cristal part that was missing for a new bf109 trop, arguing it was not available. I have made some reseach and It's look like I'm not alone.....
