Hi all, I placed an order on the 12th and have received it so that's good. But logging back into my account a week later I have no points for this order. I know points will show as Pending for 21 days before become redeemable but my pending points is 0 when I should of recieved 320. My redeemable points is still the same as it was prior to this order. The order was for an item in the Outlet sale. I have emailed Airfix but has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Tagging a question on as Airfix have not answered it on Facebook. The flying hours passport has always had 1 hour printed on it, some said it was a free hour and some said it showed where to place them. I think if we can build a model we can work that one out. Then Airfix printed the word SAMPLE on it which settled the confusion. But... The word SAMPLE is not on the new Passports, so round and round we go!

Hi all, I have brought a couple of mystery boxes before, the Armour one I was impressed with but not so much the Aircraft release but that's not why I'm posting. What I think would be a good idea and maybe increase sales if each time a new box contents were created then allocate a number. I know they post dates when it has been updated but the last thing I want is to get the 3 same kits I got a year ago etc. So for instances the current release could be mystery box 1 Armour, then when they change it obviously the new contents would be 2. Then so on and so on, but... if then in a years time they go back to a previous selection you would know as the current version number would show on the listing. Personally I would purchase more mystery boxes if I new each time I was getting something different.
