  1. One for 2024 to go with the 1982-93 IROC Camaro/Pontiac Transam the Fox bodied Mustang from 1979-93 in both original and SVO form as it would appeal to both the US and UK/Europe/Australia as the 1979-93 bodied Mustang was used for Group A touring car racing in the 1980s as a pre Sierra option as a Ford based stop gap along with the Sierra XR4i with a exclusive to the US 4 cyl Turbocharged engine as the XR4Ti and later in the DTM from 1990-93
  2. The 76 (JPS Mk1) 1974 was designed to make Ronnie Peterson World Champion in 1975 and to replace the 72 which eventually ended up racing for 5 years but in 1976 came the 77 (JPS Mk2) and 1977 78 (JPS Mk3)
  3. Sadly the teams are demanding a extortionate amount of money for licences money which Hornby cannot afford plus some teams ie Ferrari, Mercedes and Red Bull have exclusive deals with other manufacturers ie Revell which are very very long term which makes current F1 cars very expensive to licence which means the money that Hornby has to pay for licences means that the current F1 cars would be costing at least £65-£70
