hopefully someboby can help me out, i am trying to deregister an i pad from Rail Master so i can reregister it on a different one. when i go to deregister i get a message cant enter resourses, looked at knowledge and it comes up with the programme may be out of date download the programme from powerpos.com but when you go on there it doesn't exist, be very greatfull for some help with this. Can the Bluetooth dongle and blue tooth hm decoders be used at the same time on the dcc app, I am finding it’s one or the other ie dongle active and loco not or loco active and dongle not, am I doing something wrong if so what might it be thanks. Stewart

Hi thanks for that one it wasn’t the F24 that was the problem, it had simply lost that part of the settings went back to profiles reinstalled and back to normal, so if anybody else has an issue that’s the route to take. Stewart

After receiving the new Prince of Wales loco with sound and steam generator it was running and steaming really well, today i thought i would give it another run ,sound and all the rest work great but the steam generator isn't producing any steam, i have emptied the water out and refilled it but still no steam any suggestions on how to get it steaming again or is it a return to Hornby for them to sort it. any help much appreciated Stewart
