Unless my mind deceives me (quite possible) one used to be able to download the instructions if one lost them. Are they still available on the site somewhere? If not why were they removed?

Well, after months of waiting for the re-launch, waiting for a notification that never came, I joined to find the discount has gone and the flying hours requirement has increased substantially. Not to mention the questionable purpose of the almost empty box I recieved through the post. I am left wondering what is the point. I just hope I can recoup the £15 in they only way now available, the redemption of my substantial stock of flying hours. ☹️

So the required flying hours have gone up substantially. What with the apparent elimination of any discount the club membership value has reduced significantly.

So am I correct in assuming the discount is no longer part of the membership package with the re-launched club? Also, have the required number of flying hours increased?
