  1. Very disappointed in the 2024 releases
  2. This is a Vintage Airfix Corsair 2 kit recently completed.. The fit of parts on this was very good. Built out of the box just with some new decals. Re-issued as is Airfix ?.
  3. 1/72nd and/or 1/48th BOEING V22 OSPREY USAF (Mildenhall). US Marines and Presidential. US Navy C.O.D. Piasecki HUP2 Kaman Seasprite - re-issue ? North American F86H North American T28 Trojan Douglas Skynight Douglas Skyraider - re-Issue ? Grumman Panther Grumman Cougar
  4. 1/72 and 1/48th where marked Westland Whirlwind helicopter and 1/48 scale Lockheed Neptune Lockheed T33A North American FJ2 and FJ3 Fury North American F100D Super Sabre North American F86D Sabre Grumman EA6A Electronic Intruder Grumman Mohawk and 1/48 scale LTV Corsair 2
  5. Thanks again everyone, I have learned from this. Hoping now that Airfix will include decals for Italy and/or Yugoslavia.
  6. Thank you everyone for your interesting replies. I think the question is what difference the "6-3" wing makes to the shape of the wing.

    Wishlists 2021

Below are some product suggestions I have made to Airfix: So not happy - again Lockheed: Neptune T33A U2 (re-issue). Grumman: EA6A electronic intruder Mohawk Hawkeye North American: F86H and F86D (re-issue) FJ2 and FJ3 Fury F100 super sabre
  8. The Canadair Sabre in 1/48th scale is the only 2020 release of interest to me. When this was released in1/72nd scale there was the option of finishing it as an F86E(M).. So wondering why the new 1/48th release only has RAF schemes.. Could this be because modifications to the aircraft before export, which were not too significant in1/72nd, would be less acceptable in the bigger scale ?.
  9. Great kit - US Decals for me though
