Hi all! I made a video on how to apply decals if you needed a bit of help. In the video you can see my method whilst working on the Airfix Mustang IV in 1/72 scale
I know that I suggest using "model sol and set solution" in the video - but Humbrol decalfix works just as well - in fact i've been using the Humbrol stuff on my recent builds. The only thing I find with decalfix, is that if you dont get the decal in final position within a minute or too, it makes it very quick to adhere to any surface it touches, so best to get it right quickly. Over time it sinks into the details and makes it look like it's painted on. Hope this helps anyone who might be stuck :)
