Return from Dunkirk set bought by my partner in the hattons sale, the 700 is by far the best performing Hornby loco I've ever had, on par with my Hornby 2-bil & Bachmann C class & E4. I just nabbed a T9 no. 314 in Sunshine livery off ebay for £65 mint in box, it must have sneaked under the radar because I rarely see them go for less than £80, I knew if I waited patiently I'd eventually be able to grab a bargain! It's gonna look good weathered up on an ambulance / troop train!

Latest additions are Bachmann's SR PLV & some other wagons (have a couple more in the post too), I've decided recently to purchase a few from the other Big Four companies and other bits and pieces that might have made their way down south now that I seem to have collected nearly every SR wagon ever made... the layout is set during wartime so I guess almost anything could have ended up anywhere if it was needed? I recently nabbed a Hornby Schools class off ebay that had been converted by some company who's name escapes me at the moment to Wartime Black, replacing my bright green Stowe with it as it is a little more era appropriate (1943). I'd keep both but I'm not that interested in having multiple engines of the same type all the time my layout is as small as it is...
