  1. Put simple, i want to see some more ready to run pre-grouping models. So my wishlist is for the Raven designed Z Class Atlantics for the North Eastern Railway, later reclassed as C7s under LNER The LNERs C9 are Gresley rebuilds of the C7s, the rebuild including the installation of a booster truck below the cab, effectively making the C9s a 4-4-4-4. Only two were rebuilt, these are 727 and 2171.
  2. I was planning of removing most if not all of the sidings thats are inside the mainline loop
  3. i am/was intending to use this layout in DC only, would using isolating rail joiners help leaviate the short circiting issues faced when using DCC on the same layout?
  4. hmmm :/ looking and the other forum posts and it does seem to be flawed plan, quite the same really, it peaked my interests
  5. So, has R7277 'Large Corner Layout Complete Track' bee retired already? Its still listed as pre-order but when viewing its page, it says its out of stock with no new stock to arrive. I was looking forward to buy this honestly.
  6. i hope i'm not the only one here who'd want a proper GNR spec A1 pacific and not just the A3 with a new livery differences between the GNR A1 and the A3 are; A1 has a retangler bufferbeam as a oppose to the one with the bottom corners cut off on the A3.Cab and chimney are nearly a foot taller on the A1.Original conventional dome and not a banjo dome. While only two ever received GNR livery, the original GNR batch, including Scotsman were built to this spec and were rbuilt in 1928 to LNER specfifications. Liveries could include GNRApple green with L&NER lettering and numbers on tender.LNER pre 1928/media/tinymce_upload/42ff96c8163e0ce54648006baba83e4c.png
  7. I think most can agree, we need some more LNER Stock so my wish is for the LNER Qaud articulated stock designed by Gresley for GNR and the the LNER all steel coaches used by the Silver Jubilee and LNER's Coronation set.
  8. its a new tooling, so i doubt it'll have backward compatibily
