Hi. I recently picked up a secondhand Spencer and Oliver model. Neither came with the Operating Manuals that they would have when new. I've browsed around online and have had trouble identifying their documents. I even contacted Hornby Customer Services who informed me that they didn't have access to those documents anymore. If anyone here has copies of the Service Sheets and Operating Manuals for both and could share them, I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi, I recently bought a 2012 Hornby Thomas & Friends Stepney off of eBay. The model didn’t come with its operating instructions. I can find his service sheet online, but the operating & maintenance instructions for the 0-6-0 Terrier is absolutely nowhere to be found. Can anyone link me to it if they happen to know where it is or has a copy? Thanks!

Hello! I have a 2016 James I purchased second hand a few days ago. The model is in great shape minus a visible scuff on the running board under James' face. The undercoat is quite dark so there's a distracting contrast between that and the off-white running board. Seems an easy enough fix with the right paint. I was wondering if anyone knew of a matte model paint that closely matches that of the ones Hornby used for the 2016 Thomas the Tank Engine range?
