hello,i have been trying to make a lift out section on my layout to allow me access with my wheelchair.we got it working fine no disasters but now with the hot weather the rails have expanded and it will not fit,thinking about the cooler weather how much of gap should i leave.if i cut the track now will it be to bigger gap for the locos to get across.t.i.a
